Rio Rosales Elementary School

We proudly present a project encompassing a single-story elementary school, spanning over 40,000 square feet. This remarkable facility features a variety of essential components, including a 4,808 square foot Kindergarten building with restrooms for both boys and girls, operable partition walls, and elegant frosted glass curtain walls. Additionally, it boasts a 4,500 square foot Library complete with a generously-sized conference room and two child therapy rooms. The Administration Building spans 3,500 square feet, providing essential administrative functions. Our project also includes a 4,810 square foot Auditorium, equipped with a spacious performance stage featuring motorized curtains, a projection screen, and state-of-the-art stage lighting and equipment. A 1,223 square foot full-service kitchen with two pass-through windows, walk-in refrigerator, and durable epoxy flooring ensures efficient food preparation. Lastly, to accommodate educational needs, there are 17 modular classroom units thoughtfully integrated into the design.
