Sevilla Condominiums

We undertook a comprehensive renovation project to address water damage in a 75,526 square foot condominium building comprising 46 residential and 7 commercial units. This building surrounds a second-level Paseo podium deck with parking facilities both at grade and below. Our scope of work involved the removal and replacement of a substantial portion of the existing lath, plaster, weather resistive barrier, sheet metal components, and deteriorated wood framing and sheathing.
