UCSB Intercollegiate Athletic Building

We proudly present a new two-story structure spanning 44,000 square feet. The building is characterized by sturdy grouted CMU (Concrete Masonry Unit) walls and features steel and wood framed shear walls for structural integrity. Inside, you'll find a versatile space comprising coach and administrative offices, a ticket office, an auditorium, conference rooms, therapy and weight training facilities, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen and inviting lounge area. Notable design accents include the exquisite dovetail masonry, the elegant translucent channel glass, and the modern linear metal ceilings, adding a touch of sophistication to the facility.
