We have proudly completed the construction of a remarkable two-story facility spanning 42,566 square feet. This structural marvel features a sturdy steel moment-frame structure, a concrete grade beam foundation, and infill constructed with light gauge metal framing. The exterior showcases an elegant plaster façade and a durable clay tile roof. Inside, the facility is equipped with high-performance glazing, ensuring optimal energy efficiency and lighting. It is further enhanced with cutting-edge audio-video technology, making it a state-of-the-art facility that exceeds expectations.
